With the ongoing complications of holding face-to-face meetings that our club normally does, we have started using a videoconferencing tool called Zoom. Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool with a local, desktop client and a mobile app that allows users to meet online, with or without video. With it, we can choose to record sessions, collaborate on projects, and share or annotate on one another's screens, all with one easy-to-use platform. We have been using Zoom for our board meetings and regular by-weekly meetings and it appears to be working out well.
