Our Mammoth High School Interact Board brightened Valentine's Day for Bishop Care Center residents with handmade cards and red roses. Students shared smiles, songs (including a spirited rendition of "You Are My Sunshine" with ukulele accompaniment), and genuine connection with our senior community members.

Residents at Bishop Care Center received a heartwarming Valentine's Day surprise when the Mammoth High School Interact Board paid a special visit. These dedicated students spent their lunch periods crafting personalized Valentine's cards, which they presented to residents along with beautiful long-stemmed red roses.

The visit brought smiles to everyone's faces, especially during an impromptu performance of "You Are My Sunshine," accompanied by a cheerful (if slightly unpracticed!) ukulele.

After Drea treated the students to lunch, the group made a stop at the Whitmore Animal Shelter on their return journey. There, they met the shelter dogs and began planning for a future service project to support the animals.

The compassion and community spirit shown by these Mammoth High School students truly exemplifies the values we cherish in our Interact program. We couldn't be prouder of their commitment to service above self!
